In the occupied part of the Kherson region, Russians have sentenced a man to 13 years in prison for ‘espionage’ in the interests of Ukraine.
The Russian prosecutor’s office claims that from March to November 2022, a Ukrainian citizen, while on the territory of the Kherson region, collected data on the locations of military equipment and personnel of the Russian Armed Forces and on employees of the civil-military administration. He allegedly passed this information to another person acting in the interests of the SSU.
The Russian occupation court sentenced the man to 13 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony, the occupation prosecutor’s office in Kherson Region said.
