The Crimean Tatar Resource Center presents an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea over December 2020. According to the organization, 1 search, 4 arrests and 10 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations were recorded during the reporting period. The total number of arrests in December is 34, against representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people – 29. 49 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 11 known cases of violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. Also in December, 32 cases of transferring political prisoners of Crimea were planned.
