On Tuesday, February 23, during a debate on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine at the UN General Assembly, the Turkish mission to the UN announced that it would continue to support the Crimean Tatars in their desire to live freely in their homeland. This was reported by the department on its Twitter page.
‘Qırımnıñ işğalini qabul etmemek bizim printsipial mevamızdır. Biz qırımtatarlarnı öz vatanında yaşamaq ğayretinde qoltutmağa devam etecekmiz,’- denile bildirüvde.
Bundan da ğayrı, Türkiye Ukrainanıñ halqara seviyede tanılğan sıñırlarında muhtariyeti, serbestligi ve territorial mustaqilligine destek köstergenini de qayd etti.
