On Wednesday, October 28, Refat Alimov, a political prisoner involved in the so-called Hizb ut-Tahrir case, turned 29. Olarnı RF Ceza kodeksiniñ 205.5 maddesine dair ''teroristik faaliyetni teşkil etüv ve işbu faaliyette iştirak etüv''de qabaatladılar. Daa soñra olarnı RF CK 278 maddesi boyunca ''akimiyetni zorbalıqnen zapt etüv ya da zorbalıqnen elde tutuv''da qabaatlamağa başladılar. Boş aynıñ 12-de Rostov-na-Donu şeerindeki Cenübiy arbiy mahkemesi üküm çıqardı. Muslim Aliyev ve Enver Bekirov 19 ve 18 yılğa, Emir-Useyin Kuku ve Vadim Siruk 12 yılğa, Refat Alimov 8 yılğa, Arsen Cepparov ise 7 yılğa maküm etildi.
