Civil society organizations (CSOs) that meet the needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups, as well as support integration and social cohesion in the process of early recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine. We encourage both well-known and newly established public organizations to apply. CSO volunteer networks are also eligible to apply
The Program Fund will seek proposals for initiatives at the national, regional, or local levels that focus on diversity and inclusion in Ukraine's long-term reconstruction and early recovery efforts in bombed-out and liberated areas. Grants are available for a wide range of activities. The Program Fund is particularly interested in supporting initiatives that involve cooperation between the government and civil society in recovery and reconstruction efforts in Ukraine and/or initiatives that involve building a civil society network.
NGOs. Funds are used exclusively for financing specific, limited in time and for content and clearly formulated projects. Institutional support to human rights organizations not provided (e.g. covering ongoing personnel and operational costs)

A LOT applicant can be a legal entity of all forms of ownership or a natural person-entrepreneur registered in the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the current legislation for at least two years on the date of the start of the competitive selection and has relevant experience in the field of culture
Support of projects aimed at actualizing the problems of preservation, development and promotion of the culture of the peoples of Crimea and the unique ethnic cultures of the Azov and Black Sea regions, which are in a threatening state; drawing the attention of the world community to the annexation of Crimea, to the regions affected by Russian aggression
Legal entities (both state and private ownership), organizations registered in a participating country of the EU program "Creative Europe", organizations from EU member states, organizations from European Economic Area (EEA) countries and countries , associated with the "Creative Europe" program, or countries that are at the stage of signing the relevant agreement, provided that it enters into force before the grant agreement is signed
