Non-profit organizations, in particular charitable organizations, public associations (including civil society organizations and trade unions), officially registered in Ukraine for at least two years, with proven experience of implementing projects for at least two years. Grants are not provided to commercial organizations, political parties, state authorities, local self-government bodies, religious communities, individuals and entrepreneurs
Through this program, UNDP assists the government, civil society and people of Ukraine in promoting the democratic policies and practices necessary to accelerate progress towards sustainable human development. It is, in particular, about defending human rights and gender equality, supporting anti-corruption efforts, ensuring that all citizens of Ukraine can protect their rights, strengthening the parliament and expanding the opportunities of civil society and young activists.
We invite human rights defenders, public activists, journalists, documenters of war crimes, psychologists, educators, volunteers, students, civil servants , as well as everyone who is interested in protecting human rights and strengthening the future of our countries
The forum is a platform for sharing experiences and ideas, planning joint initiatives and creating relevant projects. And also a place where participants can rest together to achieve the goal with renewed strength

Terms of participation: - residence in Kyiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhia or Dnipropetrovsk regions; – own news blog or coverage of Russian crimes on behalf of a media or public organization
NGOs
Proposals must meet the sectoral priorities defined in the Program of Humanitarian, Stabilization, Reconstruction and Economic Assistance to Ukraine in 2023-2025, in particular: health care, education, public administration and civil society (in this sector, other sectoral focus is possible with an emphasis on approximation to EU standards). Proposals may also include expert missions and research in a number of areas of state and public administration (approaching EU standards).
