Over the 9 months of 2023, at least 40 cases of violation of the right to healthcare access were recorded, 31 in relation to the Crimean Tatars. During the same period in 2022, 25 violations were recorded, and in 2021 – 122. This is stated in the analysis of human rights violations in occupied Crimea by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.
During the reporting period, this right was violated in relation to political prisoners of Crimea – Ruslan Nagaev, Dzhemil Gafarov (3), Ruslan Abdurakhmanov, Kostiantyn Shyrynh, Ivan Yatskin, Zevri Abseitov, Ruslan Zeytullaev, Oleksandr Syzykov, Amet Suleymanov (5), Arsen Abkhairov (2 ), Rustem Seitmemetov, Teymur Abdullaev, Rustem Emiruseinov, Timur Yalkabov, Zekirya Muratov, Nariman Dzhelyalov, Dmytro Shtyblikov, Remzi Memetov, Seyran Khayretdynov (2), Iryna Danylovych (3), Bohdan Ziza (2), Emir-Huseyn Kuku (2 ), Azamat Eiupov (2), Tymur Yalkabov, Seyran Khayretdynov, Timur Ibrahimov and Vladlen Abdulkadyrov.
