- Regulations of the International Crimea Platform Expert Network
- Expert Engagement Policy
- Policy of non-discrimination and equality
- Policy on peer review of expert work
- Policy on performance evaluation of expert work
- Policy on forming and planning the cost of expert work
These policies were initially tested at the III Strategic Forum “The Future of Crimea”, which was held by the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine.

Kostyantyn Zakharenko – Professor of the Department of Political Psychology and International Relations of the Mykhailo Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, lawyer;
