The team of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center took an active part in the action  “Memory and Revival” , dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people.

Recall that it was 79 years ago, on May 18, 1944, by the decision of the leadership of the USSR, the Crimean Tatar people were subjected to forcible and total deportation from their historical homeland – Crimea, and exiled to remote regions of the Soviet Union.

As part of this action  “Memory and Revival” , Crimean pine trees were planted in the Hryshko National Botanical Garden on the botanical-geographic site Crimea, created in 1950.

The military, people’s deputies, human rights activists, activists, and others also joined this initiative.
