On Wednesday, January 21, the World “court” of Simferopol fined Fera Abdullaeva, the wife of the figurant of the Simferopol “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” Uzair Abdullaev. She was fined 500 rubles for allegedly disobeying the bailiffs, – reported “Krym.Realii” with a reference to the Radio Liberty.

During the meeting, the defender of Abdullaeva Lilya Gemedzhi noted that the bailiff's demands to leave the court were illegal: "She did not violate public order, and the actions of the bailiff are caused by some personal antipathy".

"I see that you are sincerely trying to understand the situation, it's hard for you to make a decision, but I'm not deceiving, I'm a Muslim, I'm not allowed to deceive according to my religion, I'm afraid of God", – Abdullaeva told the "judge".

Reference: on February 6, the Zheleznodorozhniy "court" of Simferopol terminated the administrative case against Fera Abdullaeva in connection with the absence of the offense, but Sergey Berezko, who drafted the protocol, disagreed with the decision of the "court" dated by February 6 and submitted an appeal.

On December 8, during the regular session on the "Hizb ut-Tahrir case" Abdullaeva stood on the second floor in the building of the Supreme Court of  Crimea. The woman was not allowed into the corridor by the bailiffs, explaining that the meeting was held in a closemode. Later the bailiffs demanded  Abdullaeva to descend to the first floor of the court. When she began to object, she was detained and taken to draft an administrative protocol.
