Arsen Dzhepparov is forced to celebrate his 28th birthday in the FSB facility

On January 28, the political prisoner, the figurant of the “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” Arsen Dzepparov turned 28 years. He is forced tocelebrate his birthday in the FSB facility, where he was illegally placed by the occupation authorities of the peninsula, and then was illegally transfered to the territory of Russia. Arsen Dzheparov was detained on April 18, 2016. He is accused of involvement in prohibited in Russia organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir". He is charged with Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("establishment  of a terrorist organization and participation in it") and art. 278 of the Criminal Code ("Forcible seizure of power or forcible retention of power").
 
In December 2017, the figurants of  Yalta Hizb ut-Tahrir case – Emir-Huseyn Kuku, Vadim Siruk, Muslim Aliev, Enver Bekirov, Arsen Dzepparov, Refat Alimov – were illegally transfered to Rostov-on-Don via Krasnodar.
 
 All defense motions were denied, including that one about holding a meeting on the territory of Crimea.The first meeting is scheduled for January 31, where the bill of indictment will be supposedly read out.
