Rustem Menumerov, commander of the Donetsk police battalion, awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky

Rustem Menumerov, commander of the Donetsk region police battalion, was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree. The high state award was conferred in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1010/2025. The award was announced by Ruslan Osipenko, head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk region, on his Facebook page.

The post states that this award is a recognition not only of the commander’s personal courage, but also of the coordinated and professional work of the entire battalion, which, under his leadership, performs complex and responsible tasks on the front lines. The order symbolizes the ability to make informed decisions that bring victory closer, as well as responsibility for each soldier in the unit.
