The Ombudsman emphasized that the lists are compiled exclusively through the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, and families do not need to contact the Ombudsman’s Office separately. The main thing is to fill in and update the information in your personal account on the Coordination Headquarters website:
Families are advised to check that all information about the missing or captured person has been entered: health status, length of detention, date of disappearance. If there are any changes or missing information, it must be updated. It is also possible to contact coordinators or public organizations representing the interests of families, but this does not replace official registration — all data is synchronized with the Coordination Headquarters system.
