Children from occupied Kakhovka will be taken to Moscow as part of another Russian propaganda program

June 7, 2025
In June, 37 schoolchildren from temporarily occupied Kakhovka will go to Moscow as part of the Russian “Digital Technologies” program. This was reported by the Russian media.

The teenagers will visit the Smart City pavilion, Technograd and the Museum of Cryptography. According to the organizers, the program should introduce children to the cultural and scientific potential of the Russian Federation. Earlier the participants of this project have already been taken to Moscow and St. Petersburg.

It is known that the trip is organized in the framework of the project “Cultural Map 4 + 85”, which is implemented by the Ministry of Culture of Russia and “Roskonzert”.

Crimean Tatar Resource Center notes that Russia purposefully integrates children from the occupied territories into its cultural, educational and information field. Under the guise of educational and cultural activities, schoolchildren are immersed in an environment where they are imposed Russian identity, formed loyalty to the occupation authorities and devalued Ukrainian identity. This practice is part of a broader policy of Russification of children in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
