An educational programme is being launched in the occupied city of Akyar (Sevastopol) for Russian military personnel who took part in the war against Ukraine. They will be trained for senior positions in ‘state-owned companies’ and occupation structures. This was reported by Russian media.
The project is called ‘Sevastopol – City of Heroes’ and is an analogue of the Russian federal project.
‘By launching a regional educational programme, we are launching an effective personnel lift,’ said Mikhail Razvozhayev, the mayor of occupied Sevastopol.
The Crimean Tatar Resource Center reminds about the information campaign ‘Mohilization’, which was launched in 2022. It aims to convey the truth to the residents of the temporarily occupied territories. Russia uses the residents of Crimea as ‘cannon fodder’, and participation in its criminal war may lead to criminal liability in the future.
The CTRC calls on Crimeans not to participate in the crimes of the occupiers and reminds that even those who survive may face international justice!
