Russians are installing new engineering fortifications in the vicinity of the town of Kezlev (Yevpatoria). This was reported by participants of the underground movement ‘Atesh’.
Their message says about the possibility of fortification in connection with the exercises of the local ‘territorial-defence’ of the occupied Crimea.
The activists note that these exercises are related to the repeated cases of disappearances of Russian military and police officers, as well as the increasing role of guerrilla movements.
