The event will be devoted to highlighting massive human rights violations in the occupied Crimea and Russia’s ongoing discriminatory policy in the occupied territories of Ukraine. In particular, attention will be focused on the lack of opportunity for residents of the occupied peninsula to exercise the right to a fair trial and the consequences of this. The event will emphasize the importance of restoring the rule of law and ensuring justice for victims of human rights violations and the challenges faced in this process.

Emine Suleymanova – sister of political prisoner Marlen Mustafayev;
