September 6, 2024

On Wednesday, 4 September, FSB officers in Crimea inspected the house of parents of Ismail Khalikov, former representative of the Ukrainian ombudsman for the rights of residents of Crimea. The activities are allegedly related to information about his service in the AFU.

This was reported in the Telegram channel ‘Tribunal. Crimean episode’.

It is known that this time the house was not stormed and detentions were not carried out.

Russian law enforcers read out the order for the inspection and even ensured the real presence of ‘representatives of the public’, which usually appear only on paper. As a result of the inspection, one mobile phone was seized.
