Russian security forces have detained Crimean Tatar Kemal Seitumerov in Belogorsk in the occupied Crimea.
The occupiers claim that the guy born in 2000 in social networks “suffered for Ukraine, insulted the country, the army, the president, published Nazi slogans”.
It is now known that protocols were drawn up against him under part 3 of article 20.1 and part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, and the materials were sent to the court.
