The occupation Genichesk court sentenced a local resident to 3.5 years in prison for participation in a “terrorist organization” – a battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan.
According to the materials of the “investigation”, a resident of Genichesk district voluntarily took “active participation” in the “terrorist organization” “Crimean Tatar battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan”, which is banned in Russia.
The man was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with serving his sentence in a strict regime executive colony.
“Investigation” was carried out by the SU of the IC of Russia in the Kherson region.
We will remind, earlier the Supreme court of Russia banned the battalion named after. Noman Chelebidzhikhan, because its purpose is allegedly the blockade of Crimea and violation of the integrity of Russia.
