On Tuesday, 25 June, the fifth prisoner exchange since the beginning of the year took place, with 90 people returning to Ukraine.
According to the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, among those released were 32 National Guardsmen, 18 border guardsmen, 23 AFU servicemen (among them eight soldiers of the TRO), as well as 17 servicemen of the AFU Naval Forces.
In particular, the Crimean Tatar soldier Eldar Penia-Shemsedinov, who was detained by the occupants back on 4 April 2022 in Mariupol, returned from Russian captivity.
The guy was born on 17.09.1991 in Genichesk, Kherson region.
We sincerely congratulate Eldar and others on their return to their native land, as well as their relatives who finally waited for the happy moment.
