From November 1, Russians will receive summons in electronic form. This is reported in the russian authorities’ decree on the unified register of persons liable for military service.
After the launch of the electronic register, Russian conscripts will be deprived of their rights:
- leave the country
- issue a foreign passport;
- register a private enterprise;
- carry out real estate transactions;
- drive vehicles and register them;
- take credits and loans.
Data on citizens will have to be supplied to the register by the tax service and the bodies that register entrepreneurs and real estate transactions.
