Dear friends, we would like to remind you that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center has launched the “«ТурБОТа про ВПО»” chatbot in Telegram, which contains information for internally displaced persons, in particular, from among the indigenous peoples and national minorities of Ukraine.
This assistant provides the following information:
- How to get IDP status?
- Where to find housing?
- How to find religious buildings?
- How to find a new job?
- How to get humanitarian aid?
- How to find stores with special needs (halal, kosher, vegetarian)?
We have received dozens of responses where people sincerely thank us for creating a bot that helps them find important information in the shortest possible time.
So far, «Care about IDPs» covers 4 major cities: Lviv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk, but in the future we plan to expand the geography and add even more important information that IDPs may need.
