Krasnoperekopsk district “court” fined a resident of Yañı Qapu (Krasnoperekopsk) 40 thousand rubles for allegedly “discrediting Russian army”.
“The court comprehensively considered the case materials, taking into account the mitigating circumstances (the presence of two minor children) and the absence of aggravating circumstances came to the conclusion that the resident of Krasnoperekopsk is guilty of discrediting the Armed forces of the Russian Federation, imposing a penalty of 40 thousand rubles”, – stated in the message.
According to the investigation, the defendant in the case published records that “glorify Ukrainian armed formations”.
