The defense requested to summon Eldar Yakubov for interrogation as a witness, since, according to them, the Crimean Tatar knows all the circumstances during which the «offense» occurred his wife is accused of.
«She had no intention of disobeying the bailiff’s demands and immediately deleted the photo,» the lawyer emphasized.
Despite this, the «court» denied the petition, while summoning for questioning the junior bailiff Sevilia Lubiana, who drew up an administrative report against the political prisoner’s wife.
Let us recall that on August 24 at four in the morning, Russian security forces broke into the houses of six Crimean Tatars – Seydamet Mustafayev, Eldar Yakubov, Abdulmedzhit Seytumerov, Ruslan Asanov, Ametkhan Umerov and Remzi Nimetulayev. After that, they were arrested.
On January 17, 2024, Ayshe’s complaint was considered, in which she claimed that FSB investigator Vitaliy Vlasov denied her short-term visits with her husband. The «judge» refused her visits and calls. After she left, Aishe tried to take a picture of her husband, but the bailiff ordered her to delete the photo. She was unaware of the ban and deleted the image in his presence, but he still called other bailiffs who drew up a report against her under Part 2 of the article. 17.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation («Failure to comply with the request of a bailiff»).
The wife of the Crimean Tatar faces a fine of up to 3 thousand rubles.
