The publication presents the results of the analysis of Ukrainian legislation regarding occupied Crimea, international and foreign normative legal acts concerning the occupied territories, which are freely available. Based on this analysis, the authors have developed recommendations for 10 directions as to the deoccupation and reintegration of Crimea.
