The defendant in the «Hizb ut-Tahrir case» Rustem Murasov is being transferred to a prison in Vladimir.
It is known that Murasov’s transfer began as early as February 17: he was taken from the Novocherkassk pre-trial detention center with three other defendants in the same case.
«In Perm, we were separated. I was sent to the temporary detention center in Penal Colony 29, while the others were sent directly to the pre-trial detention center in Perm. As I understand it, we are all being taken to Vladimir. Health is normal, in general, everything is good,» – said the political prisoner, reports «Crimean solidarity».
Let’s recall that on August 17, Russian security forces came to the houses of five Crimean Tatars: Dzhebbar Bekirov, Zaur Abdullaev, Rustem Tairov, Raif Fevziev and Rustem Murasov. All activists were detained. On August 17, 2021, the «Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol» chose Dzhebbar Bekirov and Rustem Tairov «a measure of restraint in the form of detention» until October 11, 2021, and the «Kyiv District Court of Simferopol» chose Imam Raif Fevziev «a measure of restraint in the form of detention» until October 12, 2021. On August 18, 2021, the «Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol» chose Rustem Murasov and Zaur Abdullayev «a measure of restraint in the form of detention» until October 11, 2021.
