We remind you that the CTRC collects materials on human rights violations and war crimes committed by the Russian military against Ukrainian citizens on the territory of Ukraine, including indigenous peoples of Ukraine, for filing applications with the UN ICJ, the ICC, the ECHR and the ICHR of Indigenous Peoples.
