The occupiers are forming detachments of military instructors in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine for the purpose of further sending them to African countries. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The Russians offer to sign contracts for military personnel from the reserves of the Russian army, most often this concerns specialists in servicing Russian-made air defense systems, military sailors and other specialists in the military-technical sphere.
They are trying to lure mercenaries with high earnings and the opportunity to avoid participation in the war against Ukraine, since this involves high risks.
The Russian authorities are implementing such measures in order to spread their influence in the territories of African countries.
