Magomed Gadzhiev was notified of suspicion by the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine. The press service of the department reported this.
In 2014, Magomed Gadzhiev supported the so-called law On the ratification of the agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea on the admission of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation and the formation of new entities within the Russian Federation, that is, a law that directly promoted the occupation of Crimea.
“Thus, he committed deliberate actions with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine”,- the report says.
He faces up to 5 years in prison.
