The Supreme court of occupied Crimea approved the arrest of Zinur Appazov.
Let us recall that the Alushta City Court convicted him under the first article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Inciting hatred or enmity”).
According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, the arrest of Zinur Appazov took place in a harsh form: security forces came to his home early in the morning, frightening Zinur himself and his son. Zinur was laid on concrete, and due to the uneven floor there, his legs and arms were injured. In particular, he was injured. During the search, security forces looked for prohibited items, but only religious books were found.
