The commander of the 36th separate marine brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was convicted of allegedly killing two civilians in Mariupol. The Russian Investigative Committee reports this.
According to the court, in April 2022, the commander of the 1st airborne platoon, senior warrant officer Eskender Kudusov, noticed two unarmed men in Mariupol and opened fire on them, after which the civilians died on the spot.
“By the court’s verdict, Kudusov was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 25 years to be served in a high-security correctional colony”,- the statement says.
