The Simferopol-Dzhankoi and Simferopol-Armiansk roads will be transferred to federal ownership by the end of 2023 for the implementation of the highway project through the occupied territories of Ukraine. This was announced by the occupation head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov.
“Rosavtodor is preparing a feasibility study. It is expected that there will be a fairly large traffic flow on the roads, so the option of creating a four-lane highway is being studied. However, the source of funding has not yet been determined”,- the official noted.
