NATO in the media of the occupied Crimea: Representatives of NATO troops regularly work with the Ukrainian Armed Forces

November 30, 2023

“Representatives of NATO troops regularly work with the Armed Forces of Ukraine to ensure that Europe understands how the fighting is going”,– this is how the occupation publication Crimea 24 quotes the head of the so-called Crimean branch of the interregional public organization Union of Donbass Volunteers Viktor Anosov.

Once again, Russian propaganda, through the mouth of a pseudo-expert, is spreading clichés that have taken root in Russia since the Cold War. This expert talks about the mythical NATO troops. Before this, we heard stories about NATO army, NATO fleet, NATO special forces.

NATO does not have its own troops. Let us emphasize once again that there are troops of individual member countries of the Alliance, and Iceland, for example, does not have its own troops at all.

We remind you that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center continues the column NATO in the media of occupied Crimea, which aims to track fake information in  the temporarily occupied Crimea about the values, goals and current activities of NATO and refute this information.

Friends, how do you like this fake? Would you believe it?
