Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement hung the flag of Ukraine on Mount Boiko in Crimea. This is stated in the movement’s Telegram channel.
“We are waiting for the Ukrainian Armed Forces! We will continue our open-ended protest as long as necessary. Today the flag of Ukraine flies over the top of Crimea, and soon we will see it over all the administrative buildings of the peninsula, because Crimea is Ukraine!”,- the message says.
In a comment to Suspilne.Crimea, movement coordinator Ivan said that the Ukrainian flag is being hung more and more often.
“Ukrainians are already raising it everywhere. Let us remember the flight of the flag over Simferopol, the raising of the flag on Mount Shaan-Kaia, near Dzhankoi. Today and at the top of Mount Boiko. Brave activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement reminded the obvious, Crimea is Ukraine forever!”,- he emphasized.
