An educational voucher is a document that is issued at a time and gives the right to undergo free training in an approved list of professions and specialties in case of unemployment.
Who can receive an educational voucher and under what conditions?
— persons not registered at the employment center as unemployed;
— persons who do not have official employment;
— persons with professional (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher or higher education;
— persons who for three years they have not undergone retraining with funds from the State Social Insurance Fund in case of unemployment.
Now IDPs have the opportunity to improve their educational and qualification level, undergo retraining or improve their qualifications in 123 professions and specialties. You can choose training in areas of IT technology, construction, transport, education, medicine, agriculture, and social services.
