A man from Krasnodar arrived in Armiansk, from where he tried to leave for Ukraine to fight against the occupying army on the side of Ukraine.
He was detained by Russian security forces near the administrative border of the Republic of Crimea and the Kherson region. The detainee is accused of committing high treason in the form of going over to the enemy’s side. The man could face life imprisonment.
