Ukrainians were advised to wait out the deoccupation of the peninsula outside the territory of Crimea. Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk wrote about this.
“Once again I ask Ukrainians to leave Crimea if possible. Wait out the deoccupation of the peninsula in controlled territory or in third countries”,- wrote Iryna Vereshchuk.
Also, NSDC Secretary Alexey Danylov said the day before that the best future for the ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet would be voluntary sinking.
“There are two future options for the Russian Black Sea Fleet – voluntary or forced self-liquidation”,- Danilov said.
