For the first time, the occupation authorities of Crimea were able to sell at auction property confiscated from Ukrainian citizens. This was stated by the head of the occupation Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov on his Telegram channel.

Eight such auctions have already taken place. The total cost of the nationalized real estate that was sold is more than 815 million rubles.

“Currently, messages about the sale of four residential premises have been posted at public auctions. From their implementation, revenues of about 27 million rubles are planned to the Crimean budget”,- Konstantinov noted.

It is also planned to sell about 100 more objects of confiscated property of Ukrainians in Crimea in the near future.

“These are residential premises, including the apartment of the Zelenskyy spouses, sanatorium and resort facilities, retail and commercial premises. From their implementation, revenues of more than 800 million rubles are planned to the republic’s budget”,- he specified.

We remind you that in Russian legislation there is no such term as nationalization.
