The Crimean Tatar Resource Center warns everyone who distributes summons, draws up lists, joins draft boards, conducts medical reports and other actions related to illegal mobilization. By such actions you are signing your own death sentence!
The CTRC warns the entire composition of the draft commission for the mobilization of citizens in Kerch:
Renat Dzhaparov – chairman of the draft commission;
Milovanov Yuri – deputy chairman of the draft commission;
Olga Gubina – secretary of the draft commission;
Arseny Anokhin – employee of the State Treasury Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Employment Center” in the city of Kerch;
Vashchenko Larisa – employee of the institution of additional professional education in the city of Kerch, Republic of Crimea “Information and Methodological Center”;
Kabysh Valentin – Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Veterans, Disabled Persons of the Great Patriotic War and the Armed Forces, a public organization of veterans and disabled persons of war, labor, military service, law enforcement agencies (pensioners) of the city of Kerch;
Igor Kovalchuk – doctor who directs the work of the commission for the medical examination of citizens subject to conscription for military service;
Levi Zakhar – employee of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Kerch.
We remind you that organizing and participating in the implementation of the so-called mobilization on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea is a violation of international humanitarian law, namely Art. 51 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (IV Geneva Convention), as well as Art. 438 Violation of the laws and customs of war of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This war crime has no statute of limitations and responsibility for its commission will come sooner or later. Just as, decades after the end of World War II, the Nazis were brought to justice for the war crimes they committed.
