Crimean Tatar Eldar Aliiev left the temporary detention facility, where he had been for seven days. This was reported by the public association Crimean Solidarity.
“Administrative protocols were drawn up against Aliiev on August 24. The first is about organizing a mass stay of people in public places, which entailed a violation of public order (Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). The second is about disobedience to the demands of the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Aliiev stressed that he does not consider himself guilty and that he was detained for no reason”,- the report says.
The activist noted that he came to the court as a listener, but he was not allowed to attend the meeting. At the request of the police to provide documents, he showed his passport, after which he was severely detained – they threw him to the ground and hit his face on the asphalt.
Recall that on August 24, near the Kyiv regional court in Aqmescit (Simferopol), the occupiers began to detain listeners who had come to a meeting of recently detained Crimean Tatars.
