The Russian police opened a criminal case against a 32-year-old resident of the Kirov district of Crimea for threatening to burn him for a cap with the Z symbol during a conflict with a gas station worker.
A case was opened against him under Part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Threat of murder or causing grievous harm to health).
