Serhiii Parfenovych and Yurii Herashchenko from Krasnohvardiiske have been extended house arrest until October 3, 2023. This was reported by the Crimean Human Rights Group.
The judge of the Krasnohvardiiske district court Valentyn Shukalskyy made this decision, despite the fact that the defense denied the statements of the State Prosecutor Abseliamov that the defendants allegedly continue to engage in criminal activities and may threaten witnesses, since this information is not confirmed by anything. Also, the judge rejected the motion to dismiss the criminal case.
