In the first half of 2023, 40 cases of transferring were recorded, 37 in relation to the Crimean Tatars. For the same period in 2022, 18 transfers were recorded, and in 2021 – 36.
We remind you that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center presented an analysis of human rights violations in the occupied Crimea for the first quarter of 2023. According to the organization, during the reporting period, 61 detentions, 83 arrests, 64 cases of interrogations, interviews and conversations were recorded. 94 cases of violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded. There are 10 known cases of violation of the right to a high attainable level of physical and mental health. More details can be found in our report.
