The Kyiv district court of Aqmescit (Simferopol) fined Abdureshyt Dzhepparov because of the publication of unknown people on the page of the information initiative Qirim Gayesi.
In the court they re-interrogated the first witness, who complained of memory problems. He came to the meeting on his own, said that he remembered everything and gave additional evidence.
According to the decision of the court, Abdureshyt Dzhepparov was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 45 thousand rubles.

He was accused of violating article 19.3 (disobeying the police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. And appointed 12 days of administrative arrest.
