The Crimean Tatar Resource Center warns everyone who distributes summons, draws up lists, is on the draft boards, conducts medical reports and other actions related to illegal mobilization. By doing so, you are signing your own sentence!
The CTRC warns the entire composition of the draft commission for the mobilization of citizens in the Akmescit (Simferopol) region:
Kratyuk Denis – chairman of the draft board;
Kacharov Konstantin – deputy Chairman of the draft board;
Bondarchuk Tatyana – secretary of the draft board;
Bazirova Nadzhiye – a doctor who directs the work of the commission for medical examination of citizens subject to conscription for military service;
Poshivay Pavel – employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Simferopol region;
Tarasov Sergey – employee of the Russian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan;
Khalistova Valentina – employee of the “Center for servicing municipal educational institutions of the Simferopol region”;
Shapovalov Vitaliy – an employee of the Center for Employment of the Population in the Simferopol region.
We remind you that the organization and participation in the implementation of the so-called mobilization on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea is a violation of international humanitarian law, namely Art. 51 of the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (IV Geneva Convention), as well as Art. 438 Violation of the laws and customs of war of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This war crime has no statute of limitations and responsibility for its commission will come sooner or later. Just as decades after the end of World War II, the Nazis were held accountable for their war crimes.
