The case against Oleh Kulinich, who is suspected of high treason, was transferred to the Ukrainian court. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

The investigation believes that Kulinich cooperated with the FSB even before the start of a full-scale invasion, under the pseudonym Kotyhoroshko. According to them, he spied for the benefit of the aggressor country, placed his people in the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and incited citizens to treason.

“His subversive activities were carried out by the so-called political office in Moscow, organized on the instructions of the Russian special services by the former deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Volodymyr Sivkovych and the former head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andrii Kliuiev”,- the SSU said.

Kulinich faces up to 15 years in prison.
