In the Kyiv district court of the city of Simferopol (Aksmesdzhit), a witness in the case Abdureshit Dzhepparov was interrogated, but he did not remember much. The lawyer Refat Yunus told Crimean Solidarity about this.
“The witness often said that he did not remember much. I had to remind him”,- commented the lawyer.
Many witnesses did not appear at the court session.
“Two other witnesses that the court called earlier, this is the second attesting witness and the employee himself, who drew up the administrative protocol, did not appear at this court session. They pointed out that due to official employment they could not appear in court, the trial was postponed”,- he said.
We remind you that on April 25, in Karasuvbazar (Bilohirsk), FSB officers conducted an illegal search at the home of activist Abdureshit Dzhepparov. He was accused of violating article 19.3 (disobeying the police) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. And appointed 12 days of administrative arrest.
Later, the invaders opened two new administrative cases on discrediting the Russian army and abuse of freedom of information.
