Semashko in Aqmescit (Simferopol) was given to the needs of the occupiers, local residents are denied treatment.
“Now in many hospitals in different cities of the occupied Crimea there are wounded Russian soldiers. There are not enough places for civilian patients in medical institutions”,- the human rights activists added.
