Lawyer of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, Volodymyr Liashenko took part in the training Legal support for volunteering, which took place on June 16-17, 2023 in Vinnytsia. The training was organized by the Higher School of Advocacy and the All-Ukrainian Coalition for Legal Aid.
As part of the training, the problematic issues of the legal status of volunteers during martial law in Ukraine were considered, the most common mistakes in the implementation of volunteer activities, the issues of taxation of volunteer activities and liability for violation of the law during charitable activities were studied.
The training was attended by more than a dozen lawyers from different cities of Ukraine, who shared their experience in supporting the activities of volunteers working in various areas: military, human rights, animal protection, etc.
